This cohort study describes COVID-19–related symptoms persisting 8 months after SARS-CoV-2 infection among Swedish health care workers and self-reported effects of the residual symptoms on respondents’ home, work, and social function.

COVID-19–Related Long-term Functional ImpairmentThe percentage of seropositive (n = 323) and seronegative (n = 1072) participants reporting symptoms lasting at least 2 months and their related functional impairment in their work, social, and home life using the Sheehan Disability Scale (1-3, mild; 4-6, moderate; and 7-10, marked).
