Frequently asked questions
Which devices are supported?
Any LiDAR-equipped iPhone or iPad running iOS/iPadOS 17.0 or later. LiDAR is required for wound measurement, so non-Pro iPhones and older iPads are not supported.
Why does the app require a LiDAR device?
Wound length, width, area, and depth are measured from the device’s LiDAR depth data. Without the sensor, the measurement workflow cannot run.
How is patient information protected?
WoundGraft Pro processes all clinical information locally on your device. It does not transmit patient data to CHP or any third party except through your deliberate export action. Data is encrypted at rest using Apple’s hardware-backed Data Protection (NSFileProtectionComplete). The app locks automatically after [X] minutes of inactivity (default) and requires Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode to resume. It uses no cloud sync, no analytics, and no third-party tracking.
Where does my data go?
Nothing is transmitted automatically. Clinical data leaves the device only when you deliberately export a bundle and choose to share it with your practice’s Clear Health Pass Woundcare Portal.
The app locked itself — why?
For patient privacy, the app locks automatically after (X INSERT) minutes of inactivity (default). Unlock with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode to pick up where you left off.
How do I import a bundle into the portal?
After exporting, upload the bundle in the Clear Health Pass Woundcare Portal using the WoundGraft import option. For help with portal imports, email support@clearhealthpass.com.
How do I update my provider info or NPI?
Go to Settings → Provider Profile and edit your name, credentials, NPI, and facility details.
Privacy
WoundGraft Pro processes all clinical information locally on your device and does not transmit it to CHP or any third party except through your deliberate export action. No data is collected by or sold to CHP or third parties through the App.
